1)  Machine is logically controlled and protected by PLC, and the value is set by touch screen

2)  4 parts tension automatic control

3)  6 part Up - opened oven

4)  Double water cooling rollers traction before rewinder ; the driver is AC frequency conversion

5)  Pneumatic doctor blade, horizontal sliding.

6)  One station unwinder/rewinder holder, pneumatic shaft discharge and hydraulic pressure to

     charge/discharge web roll. Air brake control unwinder tension.

7)  Use AC vector motor driver for rewinder, offset rewinder and control rewinder tension tape

     and keep the web in order.

8)  Rewinder & outlet of oven with EPC error correct

9)  Heat source :  hot oil,  electricity, vapour, gas, ect.
